This kit includes the key service components required to perform a proper Haldex fluid service, along with replacement pump hardware and seals for inspecting and cleaning the Haldex pump screen.

Why Service Your Haldex?

Over time, contamination can build up within the Haldex system and restrict flow through the pump screen. This can reduce AWD performance and place additional strain on the Haldex pump.

During servicing, we strongly recommend removing the pre-charge pump to fully drain the system and inspect the pump screen/filter for debris and contamination. Cleaning the screen can help restore proper operation and extend the life of the Haldex unit.

Important Note

The Haldex pump screen/filter is not available separately from the manufacturer. If contamination is present, the screen should be carefully cleaned and reinstalled during servicing.
